**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the e-commerce industry to support and improve online operations & drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and vendors, maintaining strong relationships to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist the Director with a variety of tasks, providing support and contributing to strategic initiatives.
- Leverage strong exposure to e-commerce platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and report finding to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
- Minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and contribute to team goals.
- Experience in customer service or support roles within an e-commerce environment is a plus.
