**Job Title**: Track and Trace Executive

**Location**: Patiala, Punjab, India (On-site)

**About the Role**:
We are hiring a Track and Trace Executive to manage real-time shipment monitoring and status updates for our trucking fleet. This role is crucial for maintaining visibility of shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring our customers are kept informed with accurate tracking data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor truck positions and load progress using tracking software
- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status
- Communicate with drivers to confirm pickup, transit, and delivery milestones
- Document all check calls and updates accurately
- Flag and resolve exceptions such as delays, breakdowns, or incidents
- Collaborate with dispatchers and operations staff to coordinate smooth deliveries
- Maintain records of all tracking activities for reporting
- Support after-hours or weekend coverage as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a track and trace, load tracking, or similar role
- Strong understanding of GPS tracking systems and transportation operations
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi/Punjabi communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset
- Team player with a flexible attitude

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
