**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive (Telecom/Paytm Industry)**

**Position Title**: Sales and Marketing Executive
**Experience**: 2-3 years
**Industry**: Telecom/Fintech (Paytm or similar)
**Location**: Patiala, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Identify new business opportunities and customer leads in telecoM/Fintech services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective planning and execution.

2. **Marketing and Branding**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote telecom or fintech services (e.g., payment gateways, mobile wallet services).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials such as brochures, case studies, and videos.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence.

3. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Engage with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to client issues.
- Manage customer feedback and work closely with product teams to enhance offerings.

4. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on competitor activities and industry developments.
- Generate sales and marketing reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Conduct ROI analysis for marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the telecom or fintech industry (experience with Paytm or payment gateway solutions is highly desirable).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of telecom services, payment solutions, and digital wallets.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹9,166.22 - ₹22,000.00 per month
