**Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:Analyze and streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to minimize errors and maximize output.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless workflow.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.

Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and test software solutions.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

**Project Coordination**:Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking of milestones.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved on time.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:Provide technical support to internal teams and end-users as required.
Investigate and resolve operational issues and software bugs.
Offer guidance and training to team members on operational procedures and software usage.

Create user manuals and guides for internal and external users.
Document code changes and update technical documentation regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Operation Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Java.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of other programming languages or technologies is an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
