We are growing rapidly and looking for a detail-oriented and motivated **Accounts Executive** to join our finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and ledger maintenance.
- Maintain accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment cycles.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
- Work on Tally for accounting and bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for account-related queries.
- Support external audits and maintain proper documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP & Prime, MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
