Job Title Finance Accounts Executive Location Nabha Punjab About Vineforce IT Services Pvt Ltd Vineforce is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to insert a one-line company purpose mission here e g helping teams work smarter with innovative solutions We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Accounts Executive to join our team and support the company s financial management compliance and reporting functions Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable and reconciliations Prepare and maintain financial records ledgers and reports Process invoices payments expense reimbursements and vendor settlements Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax etc Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during audits and assessments Monitor cash flow and support treasury functions Implement and improve internal controls for financial accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decisions Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting Proven experience 1-3 years in an accounting or finance role preferably in a corporate environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and compliance Hands-on experience with accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks Zoho Books or ERP systems Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in payroll processing Knowledge of financial modeling or MIS reporting What We Offer Opportunity to work in a growing and innovative company A collaborative and learning-driven work environment Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 10 068 46 - 28 363 66 per month Benefits Commuter assistance
