**Job Description: Banquet Coordinator**

**Location**: Mukundopur, Kolkata
**Salary**: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking information about banquet bookings through various online sources.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the banquet services, availability, and packages.
- Follow up with potential customers to confirm bookings, provide additional details, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist walk-in customers with queries, bookings, and any related services.
- Maintain an organized system for managing customer bookings and correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations on the day of events.
- Regularly update the booking calendar and assist with scheduling events.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and bookings efficiently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing customer needs and event schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
