**About Us**:
We are a premium banquet facility that hosts a variety of events including **weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings**, and **sports-related events**. We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic **Event Manager** who can manage our banquet operations end-to-end and actively bring in new business.

**Role Overview**:
As the **Sales Manager** you will be responsible for:

- Managing all events at the banquet from planning to execution.
- Ensuring smooth coordination for personal and corporate events.
- Actively sourcing new business opportunities for weddings, parties, and corporate events.
- Planning and organizing **sports-related events** hosted at the venue.

This is a client-facing and operations-heavy role that requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and hands-on event execution experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end planning and execution of events: weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and sports events.
- Meet with clients to understand event requirements and create detailed proposals.
- Manage bookings, site visits, and client coordination.
- Collaborate with vendors, decorators, caterers, and entertainment partners.
- Ensure timely setup and teardown for each event.
- Lead the on-ground team and supervise event day logistics.
- Work closely with marketing to promote the banquet and acquire new clients.
- Plan and manage **sports events** (tournaments, exhibitions, fitness activities) and create partnerships with sports clubs, trainers, or organizers.
- Track event expenses and ensure profitability.
- Maintain the event calendar and update stakeholders on schedules and needs.
- Ensure the venue is always event-ready and maintained in top condition.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in event management, banquet sales, or hospitality roles.
- Experience in managing both **social and sports-related events** is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several events simultaneously.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- Local network in wedding/event planning or sports communities is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹57,270.94 per month
