Banquet Supervisor

**Summary**:
We are looking for a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations, ensure smooth event execution, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise banquet staff during functions.
- Ensure timely setup of banquet halls including seating, décor, and technical arrangements.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
- Manage guest relations and handle any service issues.
- Monitor inventory of banquet supplies and report needs.
- Train and motivate staff for service excellence.

**Employer Requirements**:

- 3 years Experience in banquet or F&B operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
