**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Identify potential clients (corporate, leisure, event organizers, travel agencies).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:

- Promote and sell hotel rooms, meeting rooms, banqueting services, and special packages.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the hotel management.
- **Event & Group Booking**:

- Handle group bookings and corporate inquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments (banquet, front office, kitchen) to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and packages with clients.
- Prepare proposals and contracts based on client requirements.
- **Market Research & Business Development**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to tap into new markets or client segments.
- **Reporting & Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM or sales tracking system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and booking forecasts.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Hospitality knowledge and customer service orientation
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar customer-facing role

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Room night sales and revenue
- Group/event bookings
- Client acquisition and retention rates
- Market penetration and new account generation
- Client satisfaction scores and feedback

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
