Associate - SAP + Be Support Manufacturing (Cell

As an Associate in SAP + BE (Business Excellence) Support for Manufacturing within the Cell Production Solar team, your primary responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) implementation and business process optimization. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the efficient operation of SAP modules related to production processes, data management, and reporting. Additionally, you will support business excellence initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and productivity in cell production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP Implementation and Support**:

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP modules relevant to manufacturing operations, such as Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), and Quality Management (QM).
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of SAP-related issues and inquiries from manufacturing personnel.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Manage and maintain master data records, production orders, bill of materials (BOMs), and other relevant data in SAP systems.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- **Business Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
- Implement SAP-based solutions and workflows to streamline manufacturing operations, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for manufacturing personnel on SAP usage, best practices, and process changes.
- Create user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation to support SAP implementation and business excellence initiatives.
- **Continuous Improvement Projects**:

- Participate in business excellence projects and initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, quality standards, and cost optimization.
- Lead or support cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
- **Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (QMS), regulatory requirements, and industry standards in manufacturing operations.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality control measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience or coursework in SAP implementation, configuration, or support is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in the solar cell production industry, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
