Job Description We are looking for an SAP Ariba Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in providing L1 functional support for Ariba Downstream modules. The role involves handling user queries, resolving functional issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for Procure-to-Pay processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1 functional support for Ariba Downstream modules such as:   - Ariba Buying & Invoicing   - Ariba Guided Buying   - Ariba Catalog Management   - Ariba Supplier Management (Downstream interactions) Handle and resolve user tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA. Perform initial functional analysis and troubleshooting for procurement and invoicing issues. Support end users in navigation, catalog usage, PR/PO creation, invoicing workflow, approvals, and supplier-related downstream transactions. Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations while ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution. Support supplier enablement activities related to downstream processes (Ariba Network onboarding, transaction issues). Perform daily system checks, monitoring, and basic validation of procurement workflows. Assist in catalog updates, content validation, and user access support. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring issues. Adhere to ITIL practices including Incident, Service Request, and Change Management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Downstream functional support. Strong understanding of P2P cycle, PR/PO processing, invoicing, catalog management, and Ariba Network transactions. Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Remedy). Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder handling skills. Ability to work in shifts/24x7 support environment if required.
