The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise inVIM ,Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC) , and a solid understanding ofAccounts Payable (AP)processes. Key Responsibilities: Execute and supportSAP OpenText VIMimplementation, rollout, and upgrade projects (preferably version 16.3 or minimum 7.5). ConfigureArchive Link ,VIM Document Types ,approval classes , andchart of authority . Enhanceindexing screens , process types, and options based on business needs. ManageVIM extensions/custom developmentsand integrations with SAP FI/MM modules. HandleVIM & ICC configuration , testing, and troubleshooting. Prepareblueprints , gather requirements, and supportproject go-live activities . Create and maintainTest Concepts , test documentation, and approval criteria. Collaborate with business teams for process improvement and automation. Key Skills & Experience: 2–6 years of SAP experience (Implementation / Support / Rollout / Upgrade). Strong business process knowledge inAccounts Payable (AP) . Hands-on experience inOpenText VIM & ICC (Invoice Capture Center) . Experience withOpenText Archive ServerandEnterprise Scan Tool . Good understanding ofSAP FIandMMintegration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively.
