Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.). Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests with in defined SLAs. Perform system monitoring, issue tracking, and escalation management. Support user administration, role management, and system configuration changes. Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and provide functional solutions. Work with SAP/Ariba support teams to resolve complex issues or system bugs. Assist in testing and deployment of enhancements, patches, and upgrades. Prepare support documentation, FAQs, and user training materials. Ensure adherence to change management and compliance standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in SAP Ariba application support. Strong understanding of Ariba modules (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management). Hands-on experience in troubleshooting system issues, configurations, and workflows. Knowledge of SAP integration with Ariba (CIG / PI / middleware) is an advantage. Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications SAP Ariba certification(s) in relevant modules. Experience in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA. Exposure to global support environments and multi-region deployments.
