**Role: Sales Coach**

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Mode: Work from Office

Location: Baner, Pune

**Salary**: Based on interview performance & experience

Shift: Day shift (no night shifts)

**Key Responsibilities**

Product Training
- Conduct Day 1 onboarding training for all new sales hires
- Deliver monthly refresher sessions on product features, pricing, and USPs

Sales Coaching & Development
- Provide daily 1-on-1 coaching for new and underperforming sales reps
- Take mock calls, give constructive and motivational feedback
- Ensure adoption of the sales pitch, CRM SOPs, and structured follow-ups

Motivation & Team Building
- Conduct monthly 1-on-1s to support motivation and mindset shifts
- Lead weekly team huddles with success stories, best practices, and energy boosters

**Who We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of experience in B2C/B2B Sales or Sales Coaching/Training
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
- Strong command over sales processes, CRM tools, and coaching frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Motivational, empathetic, and driven to see others succeed
