**Job Description**:
**Job location**:Jaipur - Rajasthan

**Purpose**:
Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings

Responsible for operations within the specified region including team management & channel partner development

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Generating new leads and meeting sales targets
- Establishing new, and maintaining relations with existing customers
- Responsible to pitch, promote and persuade customers to make purchase decisions
- Familiarizing with company’s products and services
- Providing after-sale support services
- Collecting feedback from customers to improve sales and make suggestions to other departments regarding products & services
- Maintaining sales records and assisting sales manager with essential sales activities
- Identify problems at site and develop corrective action plans
- Responsible for inspection, maintenance and repair of solar PV systems
- Responsible for generating schedules and mobilizing the manpower according to requirement

**Skills Required**:

- Effective communication & negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills to maintain relations with clients
- Proficient in using MS-office to make presentations & proposals
- Willingness to travel to meet clients
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge in measuring equipment testing
- Leadership ability to handle a team of 20 members
- Ability to identify faults and take corrective actions

**Minimum Qualification**:
B.E in any stream with experience in solar industry
- Two or more years of experience in solar PV operations is preferred
- One or more years of experience in sales in mandatory

**Required Skills**:
Communication & leadership skills to handle non-technical team, Interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Willingness to travel to meet clients, Problem solving skills
