Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Business Development Executive
to drive business growth through client acquisition, supplier development, vendor onboarding, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of industrial and infrastructure project markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition -
Identify and develop new business opportunities.

2. Supplier & Vendor Management-
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and vendors across India.

3. Marketing & Strategic Planning -
Develop and direct Social Media Marketing strategies and campaigns.

4. Documentation & Coordination -
Review and proofread business documents, proposals, and agreements for accuracy and professionalism.

5. Market Research & Analysis -
Conduct market research on pricing trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities - Google search.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    1–5 years of experience in business development, procurement, or vendor management (preferably in power, energy, or infrastructure sectors).
