Job Description BD Lead for Electrical Products Position: Based out of Jaipur Key Responsibilities: - Market Expansion: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions and verticals (e.g., construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities). 2. Build and manage a pipeline of prospects for electrical products such as switchgear, cables, transformers, panels, etc. - Client Management: 1. Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, EPCs, distributors, OEMs, and end-users. 2. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions from our electrical product range. - Sales Strategy & Execution: 1. Prepare and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets. 2. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and market needs. - Tendering & Proposal: 1. Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions. 2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals. - Market Intelligence: 1. Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to provide insights for product positioning and development. - Reporting: 1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to senior management through reports and dashboards.
