**Core Duties**:

- **Scheduling & Calendar Management**:

- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
- **Administrative Coordination**:

- Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and reports.
- Draft and edit reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- **Business Support**:

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members for business operations.
- Assist in project follow-ups and execution of delegated business tasks.
- Track key deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.
- **Financial Tracking**:

- Monitor personal and business expenses, including budgeting and reporting.
- Handle bill payments, reimbursements, and preparation of financial summaries.
- Liaise with accountants or financial advisors as needed.
- **Personal Task Management**:

- Organize personal errands, travel, reservations, and family-related schedules.
- Coordinate home management tasks and service appointments.
- Discreetly manage confidential personal matters.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the point of contact between the executive and stakeholders.
- Maintain professional communication in all interactions.
- Represent the executive with tact and professionalism in all engagements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
