Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Executive Office
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic MBA Fresher or 1-2 years of experience candidate to join as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain exposure to top-level management, business decision-making, and day-to-day corporate operations. The candidate will assist the MD in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting overall executive functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the MD in day-to-day activities and follow-ups.
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and reports as required.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
- Support in business research, data analysis, and preparing MIS reports.
- Assist the MD in personal tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Quick learner with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Fresher) – specialization in HR, Marketing, Finance, or General Management.
- Strong academic background with willingness to learn executive-level operations.

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
