**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and Implement new strategies to increase The Sleep Company Experience Store’s visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in the local market.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Launching, Managing and Auditing our Google my Business and other Business Listings Promptly coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including retail, marketing, analytics and tech, to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain and Update proper documents for monthly reports. Monitor, analyze, and report on omnichannel performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google My Business listings would be a plus JD - Omnichannel Executive 2 Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools and an ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new things, follow procedures and meet deadlines.
