Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, specializing in omnichannel marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand marketing strategies into functional omnichannel plans.
  • Document business and technical requirements, manage, and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns using tools like Storyteq and Office 365.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within Digital Marketing or Campaign Operations.
  • Proven experience working within the Pharmaceutical space.
  • Proficiency in project management and marketing automation tools.

Benefits:

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and hybrid environment, with 2 days per week onsite in Mumbai or Bangalore. There will be some crossover with US time zones on an ad-hoc basis.

Preferred Skills:

The ideal candidate will have experience translating brand marketing strategies into functional omnichannel plans, proficiency in tools like Storyteq, Office 365, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce DataCloud, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and JIRA.
