Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the execution of our digital marketing strategy.

  • This full-time role involves overseeing the online marketing landscape by planning and executing campaigns, website design, and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing digital marketing activities across various channels, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, and Display.
  2. Designing, maintaining, managing, and supplying content for websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
  3. Managing the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on different platforms.
  4. Formulating strategies to build lasting digital connections with customers.
  5. Monitoring social media presence.
  6. Launching advertisements to increase brand awareness.
  7. Conducting research on market trends, competitor brands, and consumer journeys to drive engagements and conversions.
  8. Analyzing digital marketing analytics reports and sharing insights with the team to develop optimization plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of web design and development.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and SEM.
  • Experience with business-to-customer social media and content generation.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to create client-specific digital marketing content.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain focus.
  • Flexible and open to feedback.
