Job Title: Market Operations Specialist

The role of a Trading Operations Analyst is crucial in ensuring seamless execution and reconciliation of trades.

This position requires a deep understanding of the trading lifecycle, from trade booking to end-of-day reconciliation.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equity and derivatives markets and hold relevant certifications such as NISM Series VII and XVI.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Reconciliation: Compiling and reconciling daily trades, transactions, and positions
  • P&L Management: Preparing and submitting delivery instructions for proprietary trading
  • Operational Compliance: Maintaining operational processes according to regulatory frameworks to ensure full exchange compliance
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or SQL is preferred but not mandatory
  • Problem-Solving: Self-starter, quick learner, and resourceful problem-solver
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

Education: A strong academic record from a leading institution is preferred

Certifications: Mandatory NISM Certifications required before joining

Experience: 3-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a trading support or operations role
