Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will drive sales and marketing efforts, provide exemplary customer service, manage client relationships, oversee sales training, and ensure sales targets are met. Daily tasks include developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, training sales staff, and managing customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Proficiency in Training and development of sales teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
