Were Hiring Social Media Marketing Specialist

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

At The Upscale Marketing, we dont just market brands we scale them. Were looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes social media, understands trends before they trend, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping content.

What Youll Do:

- Develop creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests
- Write scripts for engaging Reels, videos, and campaigns
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate with design and video teams to bring concepts to life
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize for better results
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong skills in content ideation and script writing for short-form and long-form content
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Basic understanding of paid ads is a plus
- No specific preference.
