Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1+ years

Compensation: 3 LPA

About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and fluent English-speaking Social Media Executive to manage posting, coordination, and online reputation efforts for healthcare-related brands. The ideal candidate understands the sensitivity required in patient-facing communication and is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

- Posting & Scheduling: Upload and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (designers, copywriters) and external stakeholders to ensure timely content approvals and execution.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, reviews, and DMs professionally and empathetically.
- Reporting: Maintain weekly performance logs and feedback summaries.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Prior experience with healthcare or caregiving brands is preferred
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable using social media management tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
