Job Description:

Digital Marketing Strategist

The primary goal of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  1. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead Social Media Growth and Engagement: Oversee the growth and engagement of social media channels through content creation, campaign execution, and community management.
  3. Generate and Analyze Reports: Generate and analyze social media reports to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  4. Implement Customer and Employer Branding Campaigns: Implement customer marketing and employer branding campaigns across social platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Social Media Activities:

  • Develop content calendars for social media posts, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving brand evangelism.
  • Manage basic website updates and report on website analytics to support social media and SEO initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective features.
  2. Excellent communication and project management skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
