Retention Campaign Strategist

We are building a financial super app to serve the underserved workforce. Our solution includes instant loans, insurance, and gold investments.

A key focus is on retaining users, enhancing engagement, and increasing repeat transactions through data-driven marketing strategies.

We seek an experienced professional to oversee omnichannel retention campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and web notifications.

This role emphasizes campaign execution, analytics, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, in-app).
  • Monitor user journey stages and optimize for CTR%, CR%, reachability, and reactivation.
  • Develop behavioral segmentation and dynamic content personalization strategies.
  • Run A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement first-party data strategies like user surveys and attribute grooming.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for automated journey deployment.

Essential Skills: Familiarity with Web Engage, Mo Engage, Netcore, or similar platforms. Practical experience with journey building, audience segmentation, campaign creation, and tracking. Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data.
