Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
- Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Assist with basic office administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Assist with general inquiries and provide information regarding the company and services.
- Support staff and other departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant coursework is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with office equipment (e.g., fax machine, photocopier) and basic computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Friendly, approachable demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
