GROWTH ASSOCIATE Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor analysis to uncover trends, audience insights, and opportunities.

Support research initiatives to improve product-market fit and enhance competitive positioning.

Content Creation & Management

Assist in developing and curating content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and website updates.

Ensure that all content aligns with our brand tone and objectives to drive engagement and awareness.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

Track and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights, and optimization recommendations.

User Journey Mapping & Optimization

Help map the user journey, identifying and refining key touchpoints to enhance user engagement.

Collaborate with product and design teams to improve user flows and the overall experience.

Community Building & User Engagement

Engage with users and followers on social media, fostering a supportive brand community.

Manage community outreach initiatives to increase brand loyalty and user retention.

Branding & Visual Presence

Work with the design team to ensure visual consistency across digital channels.

Support efforts to enhance brand aesthetics and identity, creating a cohesive visual presence.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

1+ year of experience or relevant internship in digital marketing, content creation, or product support.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
