Job Overview:
LCX is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate to join our BD and Growth team, focusing on driving growth and engagement within the Web3 space. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help shape the future of crypto.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Audience Growth & Strategy: Strategically approach quality audience growth across key media channels.

2. Product Communication: Build and execute the communication roadmap for campaign launches while responding swiftly to key milestones.

3. Media & Influencer Relationships: Manage relationships with high-profile financial media, DeFi media, and influencers to boost brand visibility.

4. Institutional Media Strategy: Plan and execute growth strategies targeting institutional audiences.

5. KPI Tracking & Reporting: Plan, execute, and track KPIs from individual and team-wide growth activities.

6. Growth Strategies: Collaborate with the team to create user growth strategies and tactics to achieve milestones and KPIs.

7. Team Expansion: Support team growth by coordinating the hiring plan and working with internal and external hiring resources.

8. User Loyalty: Develop creative ideas and strategies for user loyalty programs.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

10. Crisis Communication: Assist in managing and addressing crisis communication when required.
- Have a strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem, including projects, with a keen interest in Web3 technologies.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the crypto social ecosystem, particularly platforms like Twitter, with an active presence in crypto communities being a plus.
- Have at least 1+ years of experience supporting growth and BD activities in successful crypto or blockchain-related projects, including exchanges.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to a rapidly growing project.
- Have strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling content and drive engagement.
- Possess analytical skills to track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Have an understanding of or experience with the European market, including unique user growth approaches in the region.
