
Back Office Executive

Required Education: Diploma Mechanical or any Graduation with min 3 to 5 Years Experience as Crane manufacturer Industry or any Capital goods Industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **order processing, quotation preparation, and sales documentation** for the Sales team.
- Manage and update **customer records, enquiry logs, and order status reports**.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production, Accounts, and Service) for project updates, dispatch schedules, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of **dispatch documents, invoices, and delivery notes**.
- Assist in **purchase order follow-ups**, vendor coordination, and material inward documentation.
- Prepare and share **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** for sales, production, and dispatch.
- Manage **correspondence with customers and vendors** regarding enquiries, order status, and service updates.
- Support the team in **organizing meetings, factory visits, and exhibitions**.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of commercial, technical, and administrative records.
- Provide administrative assistance for travel bookings, attendance, and office supplies when required.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong **organizational, coordination, and data management skills**.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)**.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems or business management software (preferred).
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and multi-tasking capability.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer service orientation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
