Job Opening: - Back Office / Sales Coordinator
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent | On-site
Job Description:
We are looking for a Back Office / Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling quotations, purchase orders, client coordination, and reporting, along with strong support in Excel and Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Sales Orders (SO)
- Draft and manage professional business emails & correspondence
- Handle client and vendor follow-ups
- Daily coordination with Sales & Accounts team
- Maintain data reports and MIS using Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas etc.)
- Manage entries and reports in Tally (mandatory)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Reports)
- Knowledge of Tally is mandatory
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Strong coordination & multitasking abilities
- Engineering background preferred (Mechanical/Electrical/Any) – but graduates from any stream can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
