**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare & process **purchase orders and sales orders** in Tally.
- Maintain accurate data in **Excel & ERP**.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales & store departments for order tracking.
- Maintain vendor & customer records.
- Assist in billing, documentation & filing work.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- **1-5 years** experience in back office or accounts department.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)**.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**.
