**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
The back office executive supports the business by performing a variety of administrative, clerical, and operational tasks. These roles are crucial in ensuring that the front office and customer-facing teams have the necessary resources, data, and support to function efficiently. Responsibilities often include data entry, record-keeping, financial reporting, inventory management, and process optimization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Inputting, maintaining, and updating accurate records in the company's database systems.
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- **Financial Support**:

- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling invoices, and processing payments.
- Preparing financial reports, handling expense records, and tracking budgets.
- **Inventory & Supplies**:

- Managing office supplies and keeping track of inventory.
- Coordinating with vendors to replenish stock or arrange services.
- **Documentation**:

- Handling internal documents such as contracts, employee records, and client information.
- Filing and organizing physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication
- Maintain professionalism in communication, adhering to grammar, punctuation, and tone standards.
