Job Description: Back Office Executive
**Location**: Mithakali, Ahmedabad
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze data as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to support daily operations.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
