Back Office Executive

- Required Skills & Job Responsibilities: _
- The back-office executive will support the spares and sales department with a variety of clerical tasks.
- Assist to Assit. Back-office manager.
- Process sales orders, invoices & delivery challans in the system.
- Track orders and update the system.
- Enter requisitions and manage data within the Tally system. Ensure that information is accurately entered into the system and follow proper procedures for formatting and securing data.
- Prepare comprehensive Excel reports, tracking schedules of goods dispatched to customers
- Ensure that orders received are accurate.
- Coordination with Transporters, Company Staff & Customers.
- **Key Skills**_
- Keep accurate records of Inventory, GRN, Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime and Manage data of Spare Parts Dept. and Sales Dept.
- Analyze data using advanced Excel functions.
- Manage materials, goods inventory, and order supplies
- Maintain and update office records and databases.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision. An extensive amount of independent thinking is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Excellent written, and verbal communication skills
**Education**
- **UG: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, MS Office Course Certificate holder**:
- **1 to 2 Years of Experience as a Back Office Executive**:
- **Tally ERP 9 OR Tally Prime Knowledge is Must.**
