**Experience**: We are looking for a Back Office Executive with 1- 3 years having knowledge of Back Office, Calling, and other office work.
- Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for quotation submissions.
- Maintain databases and records for future reference.
- Full Knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Quotation Making.
- Calling Work.
- Scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
- Information to top management to get approval for Quotation Negotiations.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Preparing Quotations As Per Client’s Requirements.
- Follow Up With Client For Payment and Order.
- Find And Maintain Prospective Clients
- Promoting product through E-mail & What’s app marketing.
**Knowledge and skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office management and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
