**Location**: Pune (Wakad, Yerwada, PCMC)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. - Prepare sales reports and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and techniques.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: ₹10.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Automobile Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Pune, Maharashtra (preferred)
