**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Setting up meetings, organising calendars for the CEO and Supporting him in the planning of these meetings

Create, schedule and edit the To-Do List of the CEO.

Maintain records of decisions and ensure action items are clearly recorded

Keep accurate records and files at all times and as appropriate

Must work efficiently with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships conducive to collaboration.

Take minutes during meetings

Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings, and reviews

Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
