**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to the CEO
**Reports To**: CEO
**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare presentations and reports as requested by the CEO.
- Conduct research and gather information for the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Order office supplies and maintain office files.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
