**Role Overview**:
he **F&B Service Executive** will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, taking and serving orders, and ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming dining experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food & beverage orders, and serve items accurately and promptly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints politely and professionally.
- Support café operations by coordinating with kitchen and service teams.
- Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and reset efficiently.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 0-3 years of experience in F&B Service / Restaurants / Café industry (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
