Customer Success Executive

**Position Description**: As a Customer Success Executive at Attentive.ai, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve the full potential of our solutions. You'll be a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique needs and helping them succeed in their endeavors.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute customer success plans.
- Analyze customer usage data and provide insights to help customers maximize the value of Accelerate.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of Accelerate.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Accelerate's features, functionality, and capabilities to assist users effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving user problems.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to address and resolve customer issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in a systematic manner, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding recurring customer issues and potential product improvements.
- Assist in creating and updating support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with product updates.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the customer-facing processes by sharing insights and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Should be comfortable with **Night Shifts (US Timing**)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in B2B SaaS software products and an understanding of software functionality.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- High level of empathy and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow.
- Minimum of 1 year of overall work experience. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
