Customer Success Executive – Social Media Marketing Location: Perungudi, Chennai Experience: 6 Months – 1+ Years Company: Sulekha.comAbout the Role: Are you passionate about social media and helping businesses shine online? Sulekha.com is seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of MSMEs across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Google My Business. In this role, you’ll help customers create engaging content, boost their online reach, and connect meaningfully with their audiences.Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customers’ social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and scheduling Communicate with customers to understand their goals and provide regular performance updates Create quick, engaging reels/videos and other visual content tailored to customer needs Execute organic and paid social media promotions Monitor campaign and content performance, generate actionable insights, and share reports with customers* Language: English, Hindi, Tamil ( Professional )Requirements: ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Creative eye for visual storytelling and short-form content (reels, videos, etc.) ✅ Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (organic & paid) ✅ Familiarity with social media trends, tools, and analytics ✅ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts ✅ Comfortable communicating with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls ✅ Proven experience in managing social media accounts (freelancers welcome) ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related fieldWhy Join Us: Work with a vibrant, supportive team empowering MSMEs across India Grow your skills in social media marketing and customer success Make a real impact on the digital growth of small businesses
