- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making
support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

- Must be Excellent in Power Point Presentation, preparing daily reports and different training tools.

- Must have done Direct sales hands on with Sales Training/Experience with reputed organization.
- Total experience should have more than 12 years with leading organization
