**Responsibilities**:

- Training Program Development:
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources.
- Training Delivery:
Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and existing sales teams.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance sales skills and performance.
- Sales Techniques:
Educate sales teams on effective selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Product Knowledge:
Ensure a deep understanding of the company's products and services among sales teams.

Integrate product knowledge into training sessions.
- Performance Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and sales performance metrics.

Identify areas for improvement and adjust training content accordingly.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with sales leaders and managers to understand training needs and align programs with business objectives.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and skills development.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer with a focus on developing and delivering impactful training programs.

Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.

Familiarity with sales tools and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
