**Job Title**: Sales Trainer

**Location**: Sector 18, Gurgaon
**Salary**: ₹40,000 per month (maximum)
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months as a Sales Trainer
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new and existing sales employees.
- Design and implement training programs that improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Assess the performance of sales trainees and provide feedback to enhance individual growth.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through regular assessments and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training materials to ensure they are aligned with current sales trends, products, and services.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and gaps.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to sales team members.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar training role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Experience in conducting both virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Ability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software tools.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in the tech or retail sector is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly salary up to ₹40,000, based on experience.
- Monday to Friday working schedule.
