**Position**: SBI Credit Card Sales Trainer

**Location**: Gurugram, India

**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the financial or banking sector with specific knowledge of SBI credit cards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and play a vital role in developing and delivering training programs for our SBI Credit Card sales team. You will be responsible for equipping our salesforce with the knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to achieve ambitious sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales representatives on SBI credit card products, features, and benefits.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using various methods, including classroom training, role-playing exercises, and online learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the credit card industry and SBI product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Coach and mentor individual sales representatives to improve their performance.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SBI credit card products, features, and benefits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
