Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to clients' unique requirements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's product/service offerings, pricing structures, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, striving to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager or team lead.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote its products/services.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle objections and rejection effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
